There is no lifeguard.Swimming is at your own risk.For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house.We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay.Check-in & check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times,provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates.Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear & tear) will be charged to the original credit card used at deposit - Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood.It is designed to accommodate a max of 8 people.With respect for our neighbors, our property is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind.It is intended for mature adults & families.Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing.We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups,or bachelor(ette) parties.No noise outside after 11 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
A min 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit.There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared.If the same party makes another reservation within 60 days of their cancellation, the forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation.There are no refunds for early departures & no-shows.
Pet Friendly
There is a $95 non refundable pet fee per pet.Current license & vaccinations required.
