- Villa Lauloa comfortably sleeps 6-12. The downstairs entertainment room doubles as a fifth bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and twin day bed. We also have a twin roll away bed stored upstairs in the master bedroom walk-in closet and a Graco play and pak porta crib and highchair for baby. There is also a separate dedicated office at our home with desk and chair, conference enabled phones, printer, fax and high speed Internet access. All beds are very spacious and all beds have fine linens.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the home. The upstairs great room is perfect for gathering with its bar, lanai, and fireplace. Hiking on the Napali coast and the dramatic Kalalau trail are a 15-minute drive away. Numerous world-famous surf breaks including Hanalei Point, Pine trees and Tunnels are minutes away. Prime surf season is November through May. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. Enjoy the island breezes and views from the dining space which includes a teak dining table, seating at the kitchen counter and outdoor lanai off the kitchen with gas BBQ. There are separate areas for entertainment at the end of the day - the upstairs great room has cable TV, stereo/CD player and VCR/DVD player. The downstairs entertainment room has cable TV, DVD/VCR plus X-box/DVD player to entertain the teens. We provide you with videos, books and games for all members of the family. Other comforts include washer dryer and ample parking for everyone with the large two-car garage, and additional covered parking in the breeze way. We provide you with sports and beach equipment including bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, and tennis rackets. Conveniently close to world famous surfing, golfing, hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding, and fishing.
Professionally managed by the local Princeville office of REMax Kauai so that our guests have a local contact in case they have any needs during their stay. Gourmet dining available nearby at the restaurants in the Princeville Hotel, or in the charming town of old Hanalei. For the outdoor enthusiast, the house is equipped with beach towels, boogie boards, tennis racquets, and two new bicycles. For family entertainment we provide videos, games, and books. Guests of Villa Lauloa receive discounted rates on the Princeville golf courses. The Princeville Spa is available for use for a day use fee and has a lap pool, exercise equipment and free-weights as well as massage and spa services.
