Fun activities abound on Amelia Island including golf, tennis, fishing, water sports, biking, shelling and people-watching. Oceanfront Main Beach Park is just a short ride north where you will find restaurants, miniature golf, a water slide, and other family activities. Ft.
Clinch State Park is two blocks from Main Beach Park where you can visit the fishing pier, hike or bike on the trails and explore the fort. Historic Fernandina Beach features outstanding sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Dining choices on Amelia Island include everything from family style dining in local eateries to The Grill Room at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, one of only two AAA 5-Diamond restaurants in Florida. The Surf Restaurant, which features outdoor dining and live music on an elevated oceanview deck, is just across the street. Amelia South Condominium is located just 25 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and 10 minutes from Historic Fernandina Beach.
