Mammoth Lakes Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All Winter Holidays: $600/night, Summer rate: $150/night

Deposit and Cancelation Policies Apply.
Deposit payment of the firs night room rate is due at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations and/or changes 14 days in Winter or 2 days in summer will result in a $35 service charge. Cancellations and/or changes within the forementioned time periods will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation fee.
Holiday Deposit and Cancellation policy:
For holiday reservations made before November 1, 2003, a credit card deposit of the first night's room rate is required. The remaining balance for the unit is due in full on November 1, 2003. All reservations not paid in full by November 1, 2003 will be cancelled. All reservations made after November 1, 2003 will require payment in full by credit card at the time of booking. Any cancellations, early departures or changes in reservations after November 1, 2003 will result in forefeiture of entire amount paid.
