The resort has a Community Swimming Pool and Hot Tub along with an area to do BBQ Grilling. This unit has cable TV, 3 TV's and 2 DVD's, a portable crib and Discount Attraction Tickets are also available upon request. While staying in this Villa you also qualify for FREE unlimited phone calls in the United States and Canada. The unit also has FREE wireless Internet. Sorry - No Pets Allowed! Individuals Found With An Animal Of Any Kind In This Rental Unit Shall Be Charged An Additional $250.00 And Will Be Required To Leave The Rental Unit With Loss Of All Monies Previously Paid. No Exceptions. On site Property Management effective January 1, 2009 for our guests convenience.
Activities: For those who like to fish we have some large bass in our lake and our guests are free to do catch and release fishing while staying as our guests. We do not supply fishing gear or bait. Golf Discounts are also available upon request. Area: This Villa is located just 4.5 miles from the main gate of Disney World and is very close to other area attractions.

Golf: There are many Golf Courses in the area. Ask the property management company what they recommend to play once you have arrived on site. The management company also has discount coupons for some area golf courses.
