- Each bedroom is completely decorated in its own cozy theme. The master has a queen bed, 2 dressers and ample closet space. It also has a TV w/satellite hook-up and private access to the sun porch/family room. The twin bedroom includes a dresser and ample closet space plus a rocking chair. There are a pair of fuzzy soft throws for cuddling up on a cool night. The main bathroom is located in between these two rooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house. It has a full size bed and is decorated in a cozy nautical theme and also has a TV with satellite hook-up. This bedroom has direct access to the laundry room and its own 3/4 bath with toilet, vanity and shower. There is a dresser in this bedroom along with a wall of shelves for storage. This room also has access to the backyard without going through the house.

The backyard is large enough for a family to enjoy lawn games, eat at the picnic table or for a romantic evening spent in the curtained cabana. The backyard is also fully fenced.
