Reno House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Half the rental fee is due at the time of booking, and the other half is due at least 21 days prior to occupancy.
A 12% room tax is not included in the rental prices.
A $500 security deposit must be made by credit card at the time of check in.
This deposit is fully refundable if there are no damaged or missing items, and if extensive cleaning is not required.
There is no additional cleaning deposit and no pet deposit is required.
Weekly and monthly rates are available.
Throughout the year $250/night or $1600/week
Special Events (Dec.22-Jan.1, Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations) $300/night or $1900/week
