Come and Relax!: You can relax by the pool, in shade or sun, or sit on the grass (or on the comfy chaise lounge chairs) at the edge of the beach - right outside the gated pool area. A romantic place for breakfast, with the waves lapping at your feet!! Or use the barbecue area to grill up fresh fish or steaks and watch the sunset - ahhhhh! There is a lovely sandy beach right next door - makes accessing the ocean with the boogie boards easier. We love to sit in the sand there, enjoy the breezes and go in and out of the ocean all afternoon. It is a relaxing stroll along the waterfront into the quaint town of Kailua is wonderful - from early morning (there are a couple of great coffee shops that open early, allowing you to sit outside and watch the waves splash on shore) until late at night. No worries - no cares - just enjoying Life! No need to hassle with driving - the shops and restaurants and even luaus - are all within easy walking distance from our condominium.

OR ... stay busy with activities day and night!: Or you can keep busy from morn 'til midnight, exploring the Kona Coast - hiking, biking, birding, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, exploring remote beaches, volcanoes, green and black sand beaches - just to mention of Few of the activities available for your more adventurous side. You can even use the public beach area in town to go out swimming in the bay - the same place that the Kona Ironman competition begins the three mile swim. You will swim with the fish and the dolphins and delight in the warmth of the water. You'll be so refreshed and invigorated, you will want to try it all! Come! Stay awhile - Relax, renew your energy and soak up the beauty of God's creation all around! Celebrate and enjoy the beauty of this incredible place. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do! We will eventually move here to soak up this beauty every day! But until then, we'd like to give you the opportunity to enjoy our 'home away from home.

Amenities: Pool/hot tub garden area are right on the ocean's edge -bordered by a grassy area - an Incredible place to watch the waves and the surfers! Amenities: Phone, Air Conditioning, 2 Cable TVs (in living room and in bedroom), VCR, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Blender, pots, pans, rice cooker, etc., Linens & towels (including pool towels) provided. Washer & Dryer in condo, Jacuzzi, Pool, Covered Parking, Gas Grill (BBQ). No Smoking in condo please. We have pool area towels, sand chairs & mats, boogy boards. The condo is outfitted with everything to make you feel right at home; a new lanai patio set with wonderfully comfortable chairs so you can sit for hours watching the waves if you so desire. There is a refreshing access to side windows in each and every room of the condo even on the lanai!

Golf: Since our condo is a corner unit, there is a refreshing access to side windows in each and every room of the condo - even on the lanai! The Hawaiian breezes are soothing - allowing freedom from the air conditioner's blast (if you so desire we do have air conditioning as well).
