Tepoztlan Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $450/Night for 8 guests.
- Daily Rental Up to 8 guests: $450/weeknight or weekend $ 500 night, $50/night for each additional guest - Two Night Minimum; Weekly Rental Up to 6 guests: $2500/week, $250/week for each additional guest; 10-12 guests maximum, children 2 and over pay as adult; Monthly rentals: CALL
$75/pet cleaning fee, Pets with advance permission.
50% non-refundable payment due on booking, non-refundable balance & refundable $500 Security Deposit due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Holiday supplement: 25% additional and 5 day minimum stay for holidays - Mardi Gras, Easter Week (Semana Santa), Day of the Dead, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. Please email or write for clarification.
Suggested gratuity 50 pesos per day per guest but this is only a suggestion.
