We are booking rapidly for the Spring and Summer of 2008. Planning a Golf trip we are located clost to all courses. Our Home has been rated as one of the best properties at the Island Club by our former guests. Our home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and fully furnished with everything you will need for your family during your stay at the beach. We are soooo proud of the result. It is wonderful. The lagoon/ocean view is breathtaking!!!! We love our new look. Hope y'all do too. The Atlantic waits just outside the balcony window less than a one minute walk to the beach. Less than one minute to the pools. Get the best of everything with our home! Book Early!!!!! Our home is located in The Island Club on Hilton Head. A beautifully Landscaped property on the Atlantic Ocean. Villa #6304 features a fabulous ocean/sunset view from its third floor private balcony. Spacious interior with room to comfortably sleep 6.

The Island Club is 'Island Central'. We are within a 10 minute drive to any attraction or activity on the island. We are 45 minutes to Savannah, Ga. and 90 minutes from Charlestown, SC. A Great location with great amenities, a great view, and located in one of the premiere properties in Hilton Head Island. Our Ocean/Lagoon view affords guests the best of both worlds. A tranquail pond filled with aquatic life at the base of our deck and the glorious Atlantic Ocean just accross the pond. Sit on our private deck and enjoy the native wildlife while at the same time listening to the pounding surf of the Atlantic. Hilton Head is located at the center of paradise. Come and stay at our totally remodeled home on the great east coast or the Atlantic Ocean.

  • All Rates are subject to state and local taxes. A $500.00 non refundable deposit (applied to weekly rent) is required within 5 working days of making reservation. After $500.00 non refundable deposit is received a 'Letter of Agreement' will be sent to confirm reservation. Total payment is due 30 days prior to reservation date. Key and welcome letter will be sent 7 days prior to reservation.

Master has King and 2nd BR has twin and queen. Den has Queen sleeper sofa. Cable TV with DVD, washer and dryer. Over 1300 square feet of living space to spread out in. Amenities: 25-acre Property features, white sandy beach, 3 swimming pools including a baby pool, Free tennis on 9 courts including pro shop (lessons and equipment available) Kids summer program, exercise room with Jacuzzi, 24-hour security, picnic and barbeque areas, basketball, and racquetball courts, five ocean front sundecks. Several large lagoons featuring lots of ducks, turtles and other island wildlife. The Island Club is located mid island between Port royal and Palmetto Dunes Plantations. World class, golf, shopping, tennis, dining, and entertainment are literally minutes from our front door. Activities: The Island Club is loaded with family friendly things to do like basketball, racquetball, tennis swimming, hiking, cooking out on one of the several outside grills.

Shelter Cove with fireworks and outside singing and games for the kids is just around the corner. Of course world class golf, tennis,fishing,shelling, walking, bike riding and much more are always available. Pick up one of the 'Things to do this week' books scattered around the island and the Island is your backyard.
