Folly Field Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 1150-1450/Week / 2500 Fall and Spring Monthly Winter 1700 per month 3 month minimum no tax
- All Rates are subject to state and local taxes. A $500.00 non refundable deposit (applied to weekly rent) is required within 7 days of making reservation. After $500.00 non refundable deposit is received a 'Letter of Agreement' will be sent to confirm reservation. Total payment is due no less than 30 days prior to reservation date. Key directions opening/closing the villa and welcome letter will be sent no less than 10 days prior to first day of occupancy
- Spring of 2012...... $1,150.00 plus 11% state and local tax.
Summer of 2012...... $1.450.00 plus 11% state and local tax.
Fall of 2012....... $1,150.00 plus 11% state and local tax.
Winter of 2013...... $1700.00 per month. Three month bookings only.
We will book for a 4 night minumum in the Spring and Fall.
