Amenities: Great cooks kitchen, beautiful state of the art appliances, better homes and gardens look. 3 lanai's overlooking lush garden and golf course. Large living and dining rooms , TVs in every room, fireplace, jacuzzi in master bath, DVD player, stereo, leather couches, full dining room set. 1700sq ft.
Activities: There is beautiful swimming pool located just steps form the condo. Social memberships to the club are available. The club house offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in season which is December1 through April 1st. On the off season, Lunch and dinner are available. The food is terrific. There is a beautiful sports bar that is open every day and they have fabulous Sunday Brunches which are open to the public.
Golf: This is a Sam Snead golf course, rated number 17 in the state of Florida. Golf packages are available- $2000.00 per person from Nov- April There is a $500 fee for a social membership Tennis membership and lessons are available.
