Special Event Weeks (Race Week- Bike Week- Memorial Day- 4th of July- Labor Day-Biketoberfest-Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays)have a higher rate! $300 damage/security deposit required within 10 days of booking and returned after cleaning and inspection. Return of deposit is waived if reservation is canceled within 30 days of rental period. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay. Rent due 30 days prior to arrival!

Amenities: Fully stocked! Cable TV, 3 TVs, 2 VCRs and 3 DVD players, stereo and free local calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8+. Microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and more. The house has linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and 6 Adirondack chairs on the front porch, for relaxing and sipping a cold drink! The house also has a laundry room with washer, dryer, drip sink, drying rack and ironing board/iron. Come in from the beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower!
Area: Grocery store, restaurant, gas station, barber shop, beauty salon, bank and shopping center directly across the street from the home. Daytona International Airport Walt Disney World Resort area = South 65 miles Orlando has new Millennium Mall with upscale retailers and Premium Outlets.
