Return of deposit is waived if reservation is canceled within 30 days of rental period. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay. Rent due 30 days prior to arrival!

Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight. Includes microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee maker and more! The unit has a sofa bed, linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and the balcony has 4 Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunrises.
More Amenities: Inside the unit you'll also have use of a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. There are 3 television sets, 1 VCR, 1 DVD and cable television. Central A/C and heating and a reserved-covered parking spot with plenty of additional guest parking also included. The complex has a pool, outdoor shower, grill, small recreation room, stairs and elevator access. No smoking. No pets.
Activities: Enjoy walks on the beach, swimming in the pool, an assortment of local restaurants, boat rentals/deep sea fishing (Daytona) and a variety of local golf courses.
