Traverse City Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1200. per week peak season / $800. per week off season or 2 nights min at $114. per night + MI tax
- April through October begin your stay at 2:00 PM EST and end on the following Saturday at 10:00 AM EST.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee due 5 days of the taken reservation. We accept: Personal Check or Money Orders. The balance of the rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to arrival, plus 6% MI Sales tax added on the TOTAL Rental Fee. Also due then is a refundable Damage & Excessive Cleaning Deposit amount of $200.00. Property must be left as found. No damage, missing items or excessive cleaning to be done, will receive a total refund. Refunds for reservations will be given less a 35% handling fee on the initial 50% down, ONLY IF YOU GIVE NOTICE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR INTENDED RESERVATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- The bathroom is accommodating with a nice shower, sink with counter space and a new high-boy toilet. There is a large full mirror over the counter / sink area. Many hooks are on the bathroom door so that the beach towels can be hung to dry easily. For the little ones there is a wooden stool under the sink to help them with their daily hygiene .

- Both bedrooms are very homey. They both have two windows for cross ventilation as well as fans. There are heavy lined curtains on the windows to block out early morning sun light. There is an ample 3-drawer dresser in one bedroom and an armoire in the other, as well as a wicker night stand and an alarm-clock radio in each bedroom too. There are plenty of hangers on the corner heavy metal rack to hang your clothes. There are 3 lights in each room , so that you may read at night if you so desire.

Traverse City Cottage Details
This 2-Bedroom 1-Bath Cottage has been remodeled within the last two years. Kitchen is equipped with a new refrigerator, stove and microwave. Kitchen also has a sink, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, mixer, new pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The bedrooms have 1-Queen and 1-Full bed. Both bedrooms have a radio/alarm clock with tape player. There is a new full size futon in the Family room area with an innerspring mattress to use as another full size bed when needed. The full bath features a new toilet, sink and shower. There is AC, ceiling fan, and 2 portable fans.
We have many little extras like a stool in the bathroom for the little ones, a wooden booster/highchair, a bookcase stocked with books for the young and the adults. There are 2 towel drying racks for your convenience and extra hooks on all the doors. In the family room area sits a new tile/gas fireplace with fingertip control for those cool nights. The TV has 49 channels. Blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper toweling, dish soap and bath sink and shower soap are provided. Lake Leelanau is approximately 22 miles long, so the lake is never what you would call busy. This is a clean sandy bottom lake for swimming and water sports and a much desired fishing lake. The lake has walleye, perch, rock bass and small mouth bass too. Wild life abounds here with ducks, geese, bald eagle, mink and much more.
Enjoy the firepit at night with the family, roast marshmallows and look at the stars, quite often the northern lights show themselves too. The resort and Cabin are close to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Park, Golf courses, Wine country area vineyards for tasting, Interlochen Arts Academy, Shopping, Great Restaurants and wonderful Views of our beautiful Orchards, Countryside and Lake Michigan. Small unique resort towns like Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, Lake Leelanau, Leland featuring Fishtown, Cedar, Omena and Northport are all within 30 Minutes and each one has its own quaint feeling. Build a memory at one, two or all of the above.
