To access the Caloosahatche River, then the Gulf, (then 15 minutes to the ocean), you must take your boat to the lift and be lifted over the wall. (Free of charge,twice a day 8am and 4pm). You will deal directly with the owners on all transactions. We want to make this work for you, so please email any questions you may have. Amenities: Phone, Air Conditioning, 3 Cable TVs, 2 VCR's,1 DVD, Full Kitchen, Mini Wine Cooler, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Hot Tub (shared), Pool& Grill (shared), NO SMOKING, NO PETS!!!
