Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Please Note All Of Our Policies:
We require a 30% deposit on the rental fee before confirming a reservation.
Also, we require: One-time cleaning fee of $150, applicable State taxes, and a refundable 100 security deposit. Of course, the 100 security deposit will be refunded as long as the Home is in the same or substantially similar condition as when you arrived.
Paypal and Credit Cards are welcome, subject to a 3% surcharge.
Before confirmation, we reserve the right to change the rates and amount of security deposit due.
Year round $1200 to $3000 per week.
