Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if you notify us in writing thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. A $50.00 cancellation fee is charged for the cancellation of all confirmed reservations.
All rentals are subject to 12.5% Charleston County tax, a $10 contribution to the Kiawah Island Nature Conservancy, plus a 3.5% registration fee.
