Katama House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $3500/Week
- - Cleaning Fees: $250 per stay
Laundry Fees: $ 50 per stay
- Refundable Security Deposit: $1200
Home A Way Security Protection Plan can be purchased for $59.00 in place of Security deposit
- 50% of rental amount + Security Fee due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Summer Rentals are (Sunday - Sunday) (inquire for alternate days)
- Cancellations: Deposits are fully refundable (less 25% cancellation/service fee) if made within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations made LESS than 30 days are subject to 50% cancellation fee.
- We are not responsible for late arrivals or early departures.
- We also accept payments via PAYPAL (you can safely transfer funds electronically directly from your bank account or credit card). Foreign currencies are also easily handled by PAYPAL.
