- Included in a monthly and weekly rental is choice of Pool, Gym or Tennis Membership to Red Mountain Ranch Country Club; Or, for $150. you may enjoy all the features of private club membership including Pool, Gym and Tennis, dining and golf access/discount. All rentals include a refundable $500 security deposit and a $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee. The Security deposit reserves the property. The Rent balance and cleaning deposit are due at least 30 days from the date of occupancy. The security deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled or the balance is not paid by due date. Monthly rates apply regardless of the amount of days in the month. Tenancies of more than one month/ pets may be subject to a higher security deposit. All utilities are included with following exception: Electricity credit of $100 is given between May and October. These rates and rules are subject to change. Payments may be made by check or Pay Pal (3% fee).
