- All rentals include a refundable $500 security deposit and a $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee. The Security deposit reserves the property. The Rent and cleaning deposit are due 30 days from the date of occupancy. The security deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled or the balance is not paid by due date. Monthly rates apply to all months regardless of the amount of days in the month. Tenancies of more than one month may be subject to a higher security deposit. Monthly tenancies between May and November: All utilities are included except electricity. During this period, a $150 utility credit is offered towards electric bill. All utilities are included during the rest of the year. These rates and rules are subject to change. Payments may be made by check or Pay Pal (3% fee).
