Gaylord Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $130-170/Night, $700-$750 per week plus cleaning fee
- We have other cabins available for rent. Please contact owner.
$130 per night to a maximum of $170 per night per cabin (2 night minimum stay) or $700 per week. Substantial discounts available for monthly and seasonal rentals - please inquire.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover), cash, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, business checks or travelers checks. Checks should be made payable to Robert Mintari or Christina Mintari.
Check In / Check out:
Check-In: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM
Making a Reservation:
A deposit of 1/2 the total rental balance is to be paid within 10 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 10 days prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 10 days of your intended arrival, a payment for the full balance must be received before check-in.
Cancellations:
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days prior - r to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% deposit withholding fee.
Security / Damage Deposit:
A fully refundable security/damage deposit of $150 is required with your balance payment. This fee will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure upon satisfactory inspection of the cottage.
Holidays:
If your stay is over a holiday, a $50.00 surcharge will be added to your daily rate.

Bonfire pits next to the lake and near the cabins (firewood provided)!
The property is located only 7 miles south of Gaylord, the golf Mecca of the Midwest. Conveniently located 3 miles south of Otsego Lake recreational area and only 1.5 miles off of I-75 (exit 270) in Waters, MI. For the winter enthusiast there is ice fishing on the lake and hundreds of miles of the best snowmobile trails in the North. The most popular snowmobile area in the lower peninsula with extensive trails as close as 1/4 mile from cabin. Fall is also a great time to visit. Enjoy the colors on the lake from the shoreline or take a beautiful cruise on your boat. We are located in the heart of fall color tour country.
Amenities:
Cozy cottage available for rent year round! Cabin boast 2 BR with a total of 3 queen beds each, 1 full bath, complete kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, blender, coffee maker, BBQ grill (propane), pots, pans, and all necessary utensils.
Also equipped with full size washer and dryer and complete set of linens. Living room has full couch with pull out bed. Cable TV provided with VCR. Multiple window air-conditioners and ceiling fans (all new) throughout both cabins. Outside there are picnic tables, bonfire pits, all spread out over a sweeping large yard perfect for volleyball and horseshoes. Best views on the entire lake. Turn key rental ready to go.

Year round fun! Activities include golf, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, bird watching, leaf peeping, star gazing, horseback riding, scuba diving, horseshoes, volleyball, hunting, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, tobogganing or just plain relaxing.
Watercraft, Snowmobiles, and Recreational Vehicles - Extreme Power Sports, The Sled Shed, and Gaylord Power Sports all provide a large selection of personal watercraft, boats, outboard motors, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, etc., available for rent and some even deliver.
