Rates are plus 8% non refundable reservation fee. 4% Yates county tax. Deposit is equal to half of the rental amount and is due within 14 days of reservation date. Full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is strict. In case of cancellation, guest is responsible for full balance. If property can be re-rented for the same week, a refund will be given less a 25% cancellation fee. If property can not be re-rented for same week, full rental amount is forfeited.
Damage Insurance fee of $255.00 with $200 refundable at the end of the stay on acceptable Home check
