Playa Grande House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- New Reduced Rates - least expensive oceanfront vacation rental available
- Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving are at increased rates .
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call collect. There is no charge for local calls.
Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and check out time is 10:00 A.M., if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our new guests.
If the property can be rebooked there will be $100 administration charge.
6 weeks or longer the $500 security deposit will be forfeited but may be used towards a booking at the same house another time.
