This home is located two miles from GA400, restaurants, two major grocery stores and the Premier North Georgia Outlet Mall. It has a private deepwater boat dock. Public boat ramp is less than ½ mile. Easy access to Dahlonega, Cumming, Gainesville and Helen where there are additional cute shops, antiques and good eating establishments. A gentle walk on the green lawn takes you to the water edge. From the dock platform you can fish, swim or just relax. Beautiful open lakefront views from almost every room in the house. Furnishings are casual and comfortable. Large kitchen with breakfast bar opens to the great room, dinning room and screened porch. There are 2-screened porches one up and one down. Both will allow you to enjoy the water view all year round. Recreation room has a stone fireplace, TV and VCR, wet bar, and a full bath that opens to a patio which leads to the lake.

There are a total of two Kind beds, one Queen bed and a set of bunk beds for children. The couch in the recreation room will open to a Queen size bed. Guest quarters features two large bedrooms each with their own private bath, TV and outside entry. They also have individual heating and cooling systems. This makes for an ideal multi-family gathering. The driveway has great accessibility. No steep driveways to worry about. It can easily accommodate four to six cars.
