The top floor has a half bath. 2 open balconies are also located on the top floor, one in the front of the house off of the Living Room, and one in the back of the house off of the Dining Room. The back balcony has table and chairs for you to enjoy eating outside or just relaxing.

The private full bath adjoins this room w/sink, toilet, & tub w/shower. ***The Fish Room (3rd Bedroom) is located on the 1st level and has a queen size bed, a small twin bed, wall lamp for reading, a dresser w/lamp, & cable TV. The private full bath adjoins this room w/sink, toilet, & tub w/shower. **The Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a half bath on this level (sink & toilet). We welcome your precious pets. Please make sure you have treated your pet with flea control before you come to the beach, especially since we are close to the woods. There are paths and trails to the beach and along the soundside that are perfect for walking your pet. Pets are allowed on the beaches in Currituck County. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Currituck County has posted the following information concerning Pets on the beach:
Currituck County has an ordinance to clean up after your pet and the State of NC requires rabies tags to be worn at all times. Leashes are required but there are no length requirements.
Remember, the sand can get VERY hot in the summer months, and your canine companion can burn his/her foot pads.....it's better to walk early in the morning or just before sunset when the sand is cool. Also, remember to bring plenty of fresh water for your pet!
