Daily maid service with bed linens and towels changed daily. Breakfast and/or dinner can be arranged on a 'per head' basis by our chef. Prices on request.
Confirmed bookings are to be accompanied by a deposit of 1/2 of the total rent, by bank wire transfer. The balance of the rent to be paid in cash upon arrival, including the $700 refundable damage deposit (By arrangement, this deposit can be paid in cash on arrival & returned on departure). The full amount is payable if the occupation date is less than 30 days from the date of booking. - PLEASE NOTE: With all bookings; 50% deposit when booking and 50% at check in
