- Weekends start on Friday at 4:00 P.M. and end on Sunday at 11:00 A.M. Weeks start at 4:00 pm Friday/ Saturday and finish the next Friday or Saturday at 11.00 am. All reservations require half of the deposit down and rest two weeks prior to date of arrival. There is a 9% charge for VT Rooms and Meals Tax and a $250.00 security deposit.
If credit card used there will be a convenience fee. - $250.00 for two person /daily rate.
$275.00 for 3-4 person/daily rate
$298.00 for 5-6 person/daily rate

Weekend and daily rates are only in the off season.

Newport House Details
Otter Cove is in her own ten acre little piece of heaven. There is great fishing, water skiing, jet skiing kayaking, boating, canoeing, sailing and more. The State fishing access and V.A.S.T. snowmobiling trails are five to ten-minutes away, the Jay Peak Mountain for down hill skiing is about twenty minutes away and to top it off the Canadian border is twenty to twenty-five minutes away continuing to Owls Head Mountain in Canada for another gorgeous mountain to ski on. There is also cross-country skiing and the Craftsbury Nordic Center is thirty-five minutes away with one of the many amenities in summer, which is sculling. The town is ten minutes away with restaurants, cinemas, country club, golfing, biking, hiking, wildlife and more. There is a ferry that comes from Magog, Canada into Newport.
The drive to Magog, Canada is approximately one hour or you can take your own boat to Canada to the different shops and restaurants or our own dockside in Newport, The East Side restaurant that serves special brunches on Sundays including all the rest of meals everyday. Amenities:This wonderful home sleeps six with one master bedroom with king size bed, going upstairs through spiral staircase there are full size sofa sleeper and two twin size beds. Cathedral ceiling, Marbled bathroom with small Sanijet whirlpool (safe, clean and pipeless), grand oak gas fire place, beautiful tiles on radiant heat floors, fully appointed kitchen with all amenities, washer and dryer, linens and towels provided, television, dish antenna and telephone, gas grill, dock, mooring, loungers and outside picnic table, chairs and umbrella and nice deck adjoining the home to spend a relaxing end of day. The Marina is ten minutes away.
There are majestic windows with panoramic views for your eyes to feast on. It is wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle and bring back perspective to one's peace of mind with beauty and serenity here in Otter Activities: /B BR There are bike trails on the east over looking the lake, there are bike rentals, sail boat, fishing boat, pontoon, kayak, canoe, row boat rentals. Movie theaters, water skiing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, walking, shopping, antiquing, wildlife scenery snowmobiling and so much more Area: Town is about 10 minutes away with all its amenities yet Otter Cove is private and secluded.
