- Weekends start on Friday at 4:00 P.M. and end on Sunday at 11:00 A.M. Weeks start at 4:00 pm Friday/ Saturday and finish the next Friday or Saturday at 11.00 am. All reservations require half of the deposit down and rest two weeks prior to date of arrival. There is a 9% charge for VT Rooms and Meals Tax and a $250.00 security deposit.
If credit card used there will be a convenience fee. - $198.00 for two person /daily rate.

Weekend and daily rates are only in the off season.
September 15th to end of May are off season $950 for two, $1199 for 3- 4 / 5-6 for $1299 Summer weekly rental $1150 first two weeks in June- 2nd two weeks & after -1599.00
