Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $250 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund plus the processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $250 processing fee and 3.5% if the deposit if charged.
Deposits
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. Ask us about our cash discount The security deposit is refundable within 48 hours after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises. To secure a reservation for one week or more, 1/2 the total stay plus $300.00 security. - Off Season $200/Night, or $1275/Week
