Relax in this spacious, ground-floor unit with all the conveniences of home. Lounge in the bright, airy sun room; watch the varied wildlife right at your window. Sleeps up to six: king-size bed in master bedroom, two twins in second bedroom, and two queen-size sleeper sofas (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children per sleeper sofa). Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, 32-inch TV in living room, TVs in both bedrooms, stereo, 2 DVD & 1 VCR players, books, games, puzzles, and family DVDs/videos. Abundance of ceiling fans - in the living room, sun room, and both bedrooms, and many other extra touches. Bring your iPod - stereo/radio/cd player has an iPod docking station. Villa is equipped with high speed wireless Internet access. ** Note: We Regret We Can No Longer Offer Pool Access To Our Guests.**

Bike the over 20 miles of trails on the island and discover family togetherness all over again. Walk or bike just a few short minutes to Kiawah's gorgeous ten-mile-long beach; also nearby are golf courses, Night Heron Park. We are very convenient to The Market at Town Center and East Beach Tennis. We Provide: All linens and towels, including beach towels, 2 adult Island Cruiser bikes, beach cart, boogie boards, beach sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Our hope is that you will fall in love with Kiawah Island and our villa just as we have.

Amenities: Two adult Island Cruiser bicycles, beach cart, 3 cable TVs, 2 DVD/VCR players, stereo CD player, full kitchen - microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, cooking utensils provided; linens and towels (bath and beach) provided, iron, 2 wall mounted hair dryers, Full Size washer and dryer, coffeemaker, wet bar with glassware, sunroom, 2 rocking chairs, ground-level unit for easier access (less stairs!), ceiling fans, 2 queen size sofa sleepers.

Activities: Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, crabbing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, shelling, fitness trail, canoeing and kayaking, ten-mile ocean beach, over 20 miles of wide, flat bike trails, nature center, scheduled family excursions/activities, kid's camp, Splash Zone Water Park, visiting Historic Charleston - Rated #4 by Conde Nast Traverler as Top US City for 2004, and my favorite, doing nothing! Just minutes from beach, Night Heron Park, shops, restaurants, 5 world-class golf courses, tennis courts, nature center, etc. either by foot or bike.
