Any guest bringing a pet without prior approval and the payment of the pet fee(s) will forfeit their entire Security Deposit and/or be evicted. All pets must be treated with Front Line Plus or other Vet approved flea/tick treatment that kills both the fleas and the eggs, no exceptions. We do not allow guard or attack dogs. The second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and separate bath. A twin roll-a-bed and two queen air mattress is also available. The finished beach level features a kitchen/dining area and queen sleeper sofa, plus separate sleeping area with queen bed and full bath. Main level includes two queen sleeper sofa, tiled entry, half bath, laundry with new front loading washer and dryer, pantry, living room, dining room, wet-bar, kitchen with beautiful Spanish tile countertops and backsplash.
