Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly Rent - payable 45 days prior to occupancy.
Security Deposit - $500 (waived for credit card payment).
Cleaning Fee - $125 nonrefundable in addition to rental fees.
Cancellation - Security deposit will be forfeited.
Owner reserves the right to increase rental rates depending upon the number of adults/children or for special events.
