Plum Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1200-2000/Week

$300 deposit upon booking, which will act as the security deposit. Half the rent is due 4 weeks prior to arrival; remainder of rent due one week prior to check-in. You may choose to either leave the house as you found it, or request a cleaning service for a fee of $100 which will be deducted from the security deposit.
Off-season monthly rental: $1800/month
First 3 weeks of June,September,October 2008 $1200/week

Plum Island House Details
There are numerous summer happenings in town, with outdoor evening concerts, theater, movies, and other fun events. Most notable is the annual Yankee Homecoming Festival which runs at the end of July - beginning of August.
Amenities:
The house is equipped with all the modern amenities - washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, TV with cable, VCR, outdoor gas grill. Two sea kayaks are also available.
There are hardwood floors throughout, multiple built-in cabinets for storage, recessed lights with dimmers, and countless windows from every room, allowing enjoyment of the spectacular view from everywhere in the house.
