Minocqua Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $660 - $3950/week These are rates for off season 2 to 8 people per home
- Our rates are based on a 8 to 14 person capacity, but we do allow 10 to 18 with an additional $50.00 per night per person charge, plus taxes. The rates range from $660.00 to $3950.00 per week, plus taxes. Depending on the time of year you stay with us. Our requirement is, within 10 days of making a reservation, 50% of your weekly rate,
less taxes; is due. When I receive that deposit, you will be emailed a confirmation of your date, condo and amount paid and how it was paid.
All deposits are non-refundable, except for winter bookings.
January 1 - December 31 $660 to $3950 week or $125 to $660 night
Based on the time of year and how many guests you have in the home.
