Summer - Weekly - Saturday to Saturday. (Includes departure cleaning)
Rates are for up to 4 guests. Maximum of 4 guests including all children.
Prices do not include departure cleaning (except in the summer weekly rate) and 10.5% San Diego City tax. No tax for 30 + day rental.
Cancellation & change policy: Deposit less $100 is refundable if written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival. After final payment is received, 50% penalties will apply if canceled prior to 14 days of arrival date. There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date or for no show or early departure. We recommend cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that you have to cancel within 30 days of arrival. - $70 departure cleaning is additional except for summer weekly rentals.
A deposit of $250 (personal check, credit card or PayPal) is due at confirmation for short term bookings. $500 deposit for monthly bookings. Final payment is due due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Unless other arrangements are made in advance, check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10am.
A $300 security deposit can be paid by check or guaranteed by credit card. Security deposit is always HAPPILY returned when the keys and bikes are returned and the condo is found in the same condition as when rented.

- The bathroom is super clean and has a tub and shower. Step inside and you'll find a wall-mounted shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion!! Now that's cool!! AND, there's a really good shower head!! A good shower is the best!! Right? There's plenty of fluffy towels and a built-in hairdryer.

- The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed with good quality linens, pillows and comforter. New plantation shutters on the bedroom window provide light and privacy. Open the window and feel the COOL ocean breeze. No air conditioning needed here! The bedroom is a separate room from the living room with a door between the two rooms. Since the condo is so close to the ocean, it is designer decorated around a tropical fish beachy theme. Very cute!! Check out the pictures!
