Maximum of 4 guests including all children. One occupant must be at least 24 years old.
Most prices do not include 10.5% San Diego City tax. No tax for 30 + day rental.
A deposit of $250 (personal check, credit card or PayPal) is due at confirmation. Final payment is due due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation & change policy: Deposit less $200 is refundable if written cancellation notice is received at least 45 days prior to arrival. After final payment is received, 50% penalties will apply if canceled prior to 14 days of arrival date. There is no refund for cancellations within 15 days of arrival date or for no show. We recommend cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that you have to cancel within 15 days or arrival. - $50 for cleaning before and after your stay and fresh linens is additional.
Unless other arrangements are made, check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10am. A $300 security deposit can be paid by check or guaranteed by credit card. Security deposit is always HAPPILY returned when the keys and bikes are returned and the condo is found in the same condition as when rented.

San Diego’s average temperature is in the 60's - 80’s year round!! Mission Beach is a unique California beach town. It’s a peninsula of high priced real estate surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west side and Mission Bay on the east. Two very different worlds. The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean beach is active, fun & busy. Body surf, board surf, boogie board, jump the waves, search for shells, build a sandcastle or just walk along the shore of the Pacific Ocean. Top 'o the Beach Condos - LOCATION! LOCATION! : The 21 condos in this section of 'Top o’ the Beach' are on the top three floors of a 5 story secure building (the first 2 levels are secure garage parking). Our condo is a very cute one bedroom, one bath located on the ocean side of Redondo Court in North Mission Beach. Where’s Redondo Court? Redondo Court is right in the middle of North Mission Beach – about halfway between Belmont Park’s historic roller coaster and the famous Crystal Pier - so it’s the perfect location in Mission Beach. The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean are an easy 50 steps from the condo. The condo is about 550 sq. feet and has been refurbished so it's exceptionally clean and designer decorated. It has new plantation shutters in the bedroom. The condo faces south so it’s bright and sunny with views of rooftops and surrounding buildings. It is not oceanfront and you cannot see the ocean from the balcony so that’s why the price is very affordable!! But don’t forget - you're only 50 steps to the ocean!
CHECK OUT THE EXTRAS – ALL INCLUDED!: We’ve tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, fun filled time at the beach. No kidding. Check out all that is included!! The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. There are also spices, coffee, tea, kitchen towels, pot holders, place mats, paper towels, dish soap - even laundry soap and fabric softener for the coin operated washer and dryer in the secure garage. Just bring your food and drinks!! Headed for the beach? Grab the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie board and beach umbrella - all included!! You can even use our beach cruiser bikes!!
