Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $700-800 /Week
• Must be 25 years of age to rent property. No smoking, No pets and no loud parties as this is a quiet residential area. Check in time is 3:00 on Saturday and checkout is at 10:00 the following Saturday. Prices include taxes and cleaning fees. A $200.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the entire payment due two weeks prior to rental, at which time the deposit becomes a damage deposit. This $200.00 will be refunded to you after the cleaning service has finished and completed an inspection for damage and we have received the house keys back. If you cancel reservations and the house gets rented for the week you reserved, we will return your deposit. In case of evacuation because of hurricane, the rental return will be prorated.
