Clear Creek Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $760/ 920/ week

All state taxes and the cost of cleaning the house is included in the price.
There is a deposit of £300 payable at the time of booking (this is non-returnable). The balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
A security deposit of £200 is payable at the same time as the balance (this is refundable after the completion of the holiday providing no damage or loss is reported to us).
Pool heating is £60 per week ( when this is requested. )
A discount is available for bookings of 3 or 4 weeks.

Clear Creek Villa Details
Amenities:: The house is fully air conditioned and has a large screen TV in the family room with a satellite upgrade to the cable TV, hi-fi system, patio doors leading out on to the pool area. The kitchen is open plan and has a breakfast nook. It has everything you could possibly need, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker. There is more than sufficient crockery and cutlery including a plastic set to be used by the pool. There is a laundry room situated off the kitchen with a separate washer and dryer. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have on-suite facilities. The pool is 30ft long by 14ft wide and is fully enclosed.
There is also a safe, alarm, game room, child's cot, high chair, cool box, beach towels, bed linens, answer phone, board games and playing cards, inflatables for use in the pool.
