Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Reserve with a deposit of half of the rental fee which includes cleaning. Condo will be clean upon arrival with extra linens & towels. Cleaning during your stay is extra. Pet deposit-$50. 2-night minimum for all seasons. 10% accommodations tax all seasons. Taxes as required by S. Carolina include the collection of 5% Sales and Use Tax and a 2% Accommodation tax. Also, there is a Local Accommodation Tax (Beaufort County at 3%) on the rental rate. Taxes are subject to change.
Winter season: 1/01/12-2/28/12 .. $ 90/night .. $550/week. 12% accomodation tax
Value season: 2/29-5/15/12 and 9/10-11/28/12-$120/night-$650/week. 12% tax.
Summer season & Holidays: 5/14-9/09/12 .. $135/night .. $790/week. 12% tax.
Discount on 2+ weeks:2nd & 3rd week-$25 off, 4th week $50 off-consecutive or not.

Active pets may accidently pull blinds down off track and on to floor. Non- smoking unit - extra cleaning fee may be charged for smoking in unit.
