Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800-800/Week
- $800.00 a week for June through September.
50% of the rent is due at booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A $200.00 cleaning deposit is also due at this time and is returned within 30 days after departure if not needed. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date half the deposit is returned. If cancellation is with the 30 day period the deposit is forfeited.

Small beach access to Burt Lake, great swimming and Fishing. Activities:Swimming, boating, walking, putt putt golf close by, fun restaurants, golf course close by, easy reach to Mackinaw Island, and much more.
Area:Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Bay Harbor close for fun shopping and sight seeing around Lake Michigan.
