A $75.00 Cleaning fee is required. $250 refundable security deposit required. 50% of first month's rent due upon signing of lease. Balance of first months rent do one month prior to occupancy. First month's rent, full refund for cancellations made 60 days or more in advance: $250 charge for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance. No refund once lease begins. This is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age and no renter under the age of 18. 10% discount for three months or more. No telephone service when property is rented short term (i.e. less than one month). If stay is less that one month or, as necessary, a cleaning fee of $75.00 may apply and be charged against the $250 security deposit.

Activities: Six 18-hole golf courses within minutes. Close to Desert Hills and Canoa Hills Recreation Centers. Biking, hiking and bird watching in Madera Canyon. Wildlife is everywhere. Just 30 minutes to sports and cultural activities in Tucson. Easy drive to Arizona attractions and Nogales, Mexico.

Area: Green Valley is west of the Santa Rita Mountains about 30 minutes south of Tucson and the Tucson airport. Average high temperature in winter months is 67-72 degrees. The mountains ranges are diverse in their makeup of plant and animal life. The hiking and biking trails can't be beat. Within reasonable driving distance are a number of historical sites. Shopping is also nearby; plenty of malls in Tucson and/or fine art shopping, or just looking, before or after a great meal can't be better than in Tubac.
