Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of three docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.

Other close-by attractions are located at Cape Coral, including: the Cape Coral Golf and tennis club, the public beach and lots of great shopping and restaurants to choose from.
