It is comfortably furnished and has a recliner for the man of the house. We have paved parking underneath the house with space for four vehicles. There is an outdoor shower near a stairway leading up to a large bath with shower.

The master bath is divided and has large closet opposite the vanity. We do not have a block on the phone; therefore, you are free to use it. Local calls are free but there is a charge of .25 to some of the outlying towns, such as Panama City, etc. LD calls are at the owner’s rate which is about .04 per minute at this time. Any charges incurred, plus tax, will be withheld from the deposit.
