- A reservation deposit starts at $200 for any rental 1 week or less, plus $100 more for each week after that. (1 month requires a $500 deposit). Balance of total due 30 days in advance of occupancy. NO PET FEE. Small dogs and cats only. (Contact owner for details) $75 cleaning fee. $200/week security/damage deposit, refundable if none, which is added to the total amount due (see below). By adding Damage Protection Insurance of $39, you do not need to pay a security deposit. Payment must be made with cashiers check, money order, or by VISA, DISCOVER, or MC credit cards. A 3% occupancy sales tax is required in this county of North Carolina, which will be added to the rental cost. Reservation must by made at least 5 days in advance.

- Upstairs and downstairs have separate entrances to outside and they are not connected by inside stairway. Upstairs, there is also a twin sized pull out sofa in front room. There is plenty of room for an air mattress upstairs if you want to bring one. The futon in the downstairs area is a double.
