Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $78-89 Night $2100 per month using my linen. $100/Night during the Holidays.

  Terms and Conditions
  Maid service is provided for arrival and departures only.
  A maid package includes clean towels daily and a mid-week bed linen change for $13.50 per day.
  Personal laundry service available at renter's expense
  Bottled water is included as part of The Maid Package. Long Distance Calls and Internet Service are the sole responsibility of renter. A $100 upfront refundable deposit required.
  Renters will be held financially responsible for any property damages due to their negligence.
  
  A deposit for one-half (1/2) of the rental amount is due within seven (7) Days after making the reservation. The balance payment is due Thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made for an arrival date less than Thirty (30) Days, the total amount is then due and must be received within Seven Days (7) in order to hold the reservation.
  
  Deposits and balance payments are final and will not be refunded unl
• A substitute renter can be obtained for the dates reserved. Under certain, uncontrolled circumstances, i.e. such as a death in the family, hospitalization, etc a compromise may be worked out for a substitute rental period at the owner’s discretion.
  
  Accepted Forms of Payment: Personal check, traveler’s checks, cashier’s check and money orders.
