Microwave, dishwasher, full kitchen utensils and appliances (coffee maker), 2 TVs with satellite and DVD/VCR, leather couches, stone fireplace, large living room, over-sized shower room with two showerheads, new granite countertops, custom cupboards, phone (Internet access), stereo, huge garage, BBQ grill & picnic table, Stewart Falls (a breath-taking waterfall), etc., 10 minutes from 18 hole golf course and Provo.
Activities: Park City night life and art galleries, horse back riding, cycling, hiking, ski lift rides, fishing, boating, Water falls, Summer Theatre and Sundance Film Festival.
Area: Sundance is only 20 minutes for I-15 but is famous for the most spectacular views in all of Utah. One mile hike to incredible water fall and 45 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport. 25 minutes to Park City and 10 min to Provo.
Golf: Cascade Golf Course (18 holes) is about 10 minutes away, at the entrance of the Canyon.
