Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 150 to 700 a night
- Weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday. Off season rentals available--please inquire. Visa/MasterCard act as credit card and to hold the house. Discounts for off season/shoulder season. Will consider a Sunday to Friday reservation or three day weekend at nightly rate based on availability at a higher nightly rate.

Above rates are based on one unit of the duplex. In the summer I typically only rent the entire house, but will consider breaking up the units and/or weeks but higher nightly rates apply. In the off season I rent each unit separately, but can rent the entire house (based on availability) to larger groups.
