- Two MBR Suites. Expansive top floor Suite with King bed is on separate level with sitting area, full private bath, and deck. Sitting area overlooks living room. Plenty of room for crib or kids in sleeping bags on floor. Ground floor 2nd suite has Queen bed & loveseat (works for young child in with parents), separate sitting area with double futon and full bath --- bath and sitting area are separate from, but just outside of, bedroom. Den/Rec room doubles as a bedroom with a Captain's bed and fold-out sofa for two. Occupants could use either 2nd suite sitting area bathroom or upstairs main level bathroom. Sleeping porch has double sleep sofa. It is off living room so not completely private, but is great for overflow sleeping. It is not air conditioned but is surrounded by windows with screens that can be opened to get a cross breeze. The house has sleeping in beds/futons/sleep sofas for 13 people but works best for 9 or less, can accommodate up to 11 comfortably.
