Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- This spacious house is available from $2500-$5500 per week.
- Policies:
We ask for a $1000 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for credit card processing).
The lease will only be in one persons name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept 'sharing.' We are willing to consider two families.
The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.
Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. $200 will be deducted from your security deposit - Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.
Pets are considered.
