Hutchinson Island Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$3800 a month*
$1900 for two weeks*
*Plus 11.5% resort tax, $300 refundable security deposit, and $75 departure cleaning fee.
Off Season
May 1 to November 30
$1200 for two weeks, $70 for each additional night thereafter*
*Plus 11.5% resort tax, $200 refundable security deposit and $75 departure cleaning fee.
Reservation Policy
25% of the rental fee is due within four days of making your reservation. The remaining rent plus $200 refundable security deposit and $75 cleaning fee are due
thirty days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds
For a cancellation that occurs 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit minus $75 is refunded. For a cancellation that occurs within 60 prior to your arrival, your money will be refunded only to the extent that the unit can be re-rented. -

Hutchinson Island Condo Details
The kitchen faces east, offering morning sunshine, sea breezes and ocean views. The dining table offers views of the ocean and is a great place to have a tranquil breakfast and watch the sun rise over the water. The bedrooms and the screened porch overlook the scenic eighth hole of the golf course. The bright kitchen has all new appliances, high-quality Farberware cookware, a George Foreman electric grill, a microwave, a Melitta coffee maker, and new chef’s knives/gadgets. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa with two matching chairs. There is a pine TV armoire with a color TV (with cable), a DVD/VCR player, and CD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, a walk in closet, and a color TV (with cable). New linens and Wamsutta Egyptian cotton bath and beach towels are provided. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
As mandated by our property owner’s association, we have a two week minimum rental period. There is a no smoking, no pets policy as well. Sorry, no exceptions. .
Ocean Village has a lovely par three golf course which weaves it way throughout the community. The fee to play during the winter months is $3. Golf is free during the offseason/summer months.
