Red pine condominiums offer the best lodging values in park city: Come enjoy our well-appointed ski chalet in the red pine condominium complex. This condo is a 2 BR / 2 BA (+) loft unit offering a king sized bed in the master suite along with four twin beds; one pair in each of the two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one on each level, with a total of three sinks to keep everyone content. The main living area is very comfortable with a gas fireplace surrounded by a cozy couch and a large chair with ottoman. For your entertainment there is cable TV, a VCR, a DVD player, and a stereo/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (including dishwasher) and supplied with everything you will need to have family meals 'at home'. The pantries are completely stocked with dishes, all necessary utensils, and cookware. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay. Daily cleaning service is available for an extra charge.

Our Condo Is Located At The Base Of The Canyons Ski Resort: The Canyons is one of the largest ski and snowboard resorts in the country and is Utah's newest with the Only Eight Person Gondola in all of Summit County. Elevation at the summit is 9,990 feet. The base elevation is 6800 feet for a total vertical of over 3000 feet! The lifts can accommodate up to 25,700 people per hour and the total number of 'marked' trails is 146. The Canyons boasts a total of eight peaks with 3500 acres of skiable terrain ranging from beginner to expert levels. Experience the quiet, serene surroundings of the mountain environment while breathing the fresh mountain air.

  • From $160/Night with discounts negotiable based on length of stay.
  • 'Holiday' Dates: Includes Christmas/New Years, Sundance Film Festival, & President's Day week.

    A deposit $500 will secure your reservation. An additional $200.00 security deposit may be required.

    Full payment is required 60 days in advance of stay and is non-refundable.

    All rates subject to discount for stays longer than one week. Additional taxes and cleaning fees may apply.

Notes: The Red Pine Condominium Complex: The streets to our condo are lined with huge pine trees reminding you of your presence in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range. Steps away from your front door is the Red Pine Club house where you will experience several amenities to increase the enjoyment of your stay. There are two outdoor swimming pools, with one pool heated to 100 degrees in the winter. There is also an indoor hot tub (with an outdoor one presently being installed), and sauna. There are tennis courts (literally outside your door), a sand volley ball court, and a children's playground. The club house has a laundromat for owners and guests only, a lounge area with fireplace, and also separate showers and changing rooms. The entrance of the club house has been remodeled for ease of identification and access. You will be provided with your own membership card to be used for the duration of your stay.

Don't hesitate to ask for any special discounts, we're very easy to deal with!

You'll be pleased to find a Free shuttle:: This shuttle / bus service is provided by the town of Park City and offers transportation to The Canyons Ski Resort lifts, Park City Ski Resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Historic Main Street in Park City, and out to Kimball Junction several times a day. Sundance Film Festival: Park City is filled with artists, independent film makers, musicians, and actors during the world famous Sundance Film Festival each January. The Festival is universally regarded as the foremost showcase for American independent films. It culminates in the live broadcast of Sundance Film Festival Awards, where kudos for excellence are bestowed upon film makers by a jury and by audience vote.

Historic Main Street & Park City:: Well over a century old, Park City was founded by silver miners. These were hard working, hard playing men and women that came from just about everywhere. Today that rough and tumble silver mining past is evident in the quaint architecture that houses the many bars, clubs, and shops lining historic Main Street. You will enjoy the exciting and slightly unpredictable 'party' atmosphere that entertained the world during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. While roaming Main Street you'll find everything from hand made furniture, books, sportswear, and boutique clothing to art collectables and western antiques. You will also find a multitude of world class restaurants serving all types of cuisine to tempt your taste buds. Within one hour of Park City you will also find other world class resorts such as Snowbird/Alta and Snow Basin to choose from. There are three large grocery stores, a Post Office, and two state liquor stores located within a seven minute drive from Red Pine.

Ski: It took us 8 minutes to walk (in ski boots while carrying skis and poles) to The Canyons base area.
