A key and property deposit of €150 in cash is required upon arrival and will be refunded with surrender of the keys and certification that the property is in good order upon departure.
CANCELLATIONS: The following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellations received 43 days or more before arrival date: 10% of the rental.
Cancellations received 42 days to 29 days before arrival date: 50% of the rental.
Cancellations received 28 days to two days before arrival date: 80% of rental.
Cancellations received one day before arrival, arrival date or after the arrival date: 100% of rental. No refund can be made of any insurance premiums - Oct-Dec 2009 €1000/month, €450/week or €70/ night (3 night minimum)
