Lower level bath is directly accessible from the game room, and each of the downstairs bedrooms and has a tub/shower, vanity and toilet.

This home offers large decks from the main and lower levels, and provides a furnished screened porch as well. You will find nearly everything you could want to entertain your family and friends from this well-stocked kitchen. Everything is provided for you during your stay: linens, soaps, shampoos, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, cookware, kitchenware, gas BBQ, and firewood (seasonal). TVs are located in the downstairs game room and master bedroom, along with a DVD/VHS player. The game room offers a professional foosball table, and the great room offers a premium surround-sound audio system, complete with a receiver, AM/FM tuner and CD player (supports MP3, and DVD-R formats). The only thing that you will need to bring is the food and drinks, and a desire to have fun! You will have all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay.
Amenities: Perfect location: next to beach (with volleyball, canoes, paddle boats, and waterfall rock slide), pool, lodge and indoor fitness center (indoor pool, hot tub, indoor tennis, racquetball, aerobics, nautilus and free weights, on-site masseuse and therapist), with easy walk to dining, outdoor tennis, chapel , ball field, and huge children's playground. Beyond the ball field and up the dam is Lake Petit, which is stocked with trout for great fishing. Pontoon boats with electric motors are available for rent on Lake Petit. No gas-combustible engines allowed on any of Big Canoe's 3 lakes. ** Activities: As a guest to Big Canoe's gated community, you will have access to all of Big Canoe's wonderful amenities.

Open all year to residents and guests of Big Canoe, the green's fees vary from weekday to weekend, depending on Prime Season (April through November, and Holiday weekends) and off-season for those staying as a guest in our home. Cart rental and soft spikes are mandatory. Dress code requires shirts with a collar, and no jeans. The Sconti Golf Club also has a putting green and driving range.
